Mango, pineapple, coconut and tangy passion fruit make the ultimate tropical smoothie bowl thats almost like dessert.
One large ripe mango, if using frozen, I suggest freezing it yourself to have riper sweeter mango
1/2 of a cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/3 cup full fat canned Coconut milk, chilled overnight, top cream part only (use more for creamier version)
Optional for sweetnes and thickness: a banana and dash of pineapple or orange juice (or pinch of stevia or maple syrup if you like it sweeter, I like it as is with just fruit!)
Two passionfruits, pulp and juice
Blend pineapple, mango and coconut in a blender. Top with passion fruit for tangy refreshing taste. Garnish with fruit such as papaya, grapes, banana, raspberries and/or pineapple, plus toasted/regular coconut flakes and roasted nuts. Present in a coconut shell “bowl” if desired.
