Dairy free Nectarine or Peach lassi smoothie

made with coconut milk and peaches, delicious!

3 ripe nectarines or peaches or sub frozen slices (approx 3 cups)

1/3 of a cup coconut yogurt

1/3 cup coconut milk, thin or full fat

Coconut water ice cubes or 1/4 cup coconut water(or more if using full fat milk)

A pinch of ground cardamom

Tsp rosewater or a tsp of orange blossom water (from persian market for $3)

Optional protein shake variation: scoop protein powder (or a small handful blanched or sliced almonds or macademia nuts if you have a high speed blender, for protein )

Ice, optional

Optional, sugar ( i found it sweet enough esp with vanilla protein pdr)

Recipe: blend all in a blender
