
2/3 cup coconut milk(or a cup for creamier coconutier one, and if less fruit is used)
2-2.5cup pineapple,fresh or frozen(2.5 for fruitier version. if using frozen you dont really need ice)
3tbsp pineapple juice fresh or carton or from can
Optional: 1.5-3 oz white rum(depending if you want it boozy. or sub dark rum plus tbsp banana liqueor)
Coconut water ice cubes
Blend all in a blender and garnish with pineapple wedge or toasted coconut
