Pina colada overnight oats (vegan)

Half cup thin coconut milk from carton, sweetened or unsweetened then sweetned with own sweetener

Half cup rolled oats

Optional: tbsp mct oil, Coconut sugar or sweetener like agave to taste (or use sweetened coconut milk)

1/4 cup pineapple juice,optional

1/4cup diced pineapple

1/4 cup chopped mango or papaya or more pineapple

Shredded coconut 4tbsp

Handful macademia or other nuts/seeds optional for protein

Lime zest tsp

Mix the oats with the mylk and fruit. soak the oats in the mylk covered overnight in the fridge. Top with coconut and lime
