1.5cups water, 3-4 yams/sweet potatoes
Fill Instant pot with water. Poke holes in tubers and place on steam rack. Cook at High pressure 20min or 16 min for small ones. Allow natural release 15min, then press venting. Top with butter flavoured coconut oil and sea salt (the oil is not salty like ghee) or ghee
I’ve heard some enjoy topping their yams with cottage cheese too for those who do dairy.
