Anti-inflammatory diet

Easy Garlicky sautéed chard (to sneak in more leafy greens)(2-3ingredient veggie side) (paleo,vegan, keto, whole 30)

Ill admit it should be chopped smaller to be less chewy but i was rushed that day!

3 garlic cloves,chopped

One bunch chard,chopped small, stems seperate

S&p

Your favourite seasoning mix, I used a combo of All purpose seasoning and a pinch of dried basil plus Bragg’s mix as I ran out of thyme, but using thyme,all purpose seasoning and a pinch each of dried dill, tarragon and lemon zest will do

Optional: Red Bell pepper, chopped onion, pinch red pepper flakes

Olive oil

Good dash lemon juice

Warm the oil. If using add half chopped onion and saute for a few mins. Add and Sauté the garlic for about a minute on medium heat stirring. Add chard stems first, stir fry it for a few mins then add leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes then cover and cook another 2-3 minutes on medium until it’s really softened.try one piece to tell.
