Papaya coconut tropical smoothie

Simple creamy healthy papaya coconut smoothie that is high in vitamin c and healthy fats

2.5 cups Full fat coconut milk

Quarter of large papaya

One banana or mango

2tbsp shredded coconut,optional

Ice, optional

blend all in a blender until smooth. shredded coconut wont be totally smooth so omit for on the go smoothies
