these simplified cauliflower wings definitely grab attention as a healthy party food or potluck food share plate or appie like at say Taco night. funny how cauliflower has gone from being seen as a bland side like broccoli to become well- everything. But bbq-spice roasted cauliflower wings are definitely my fave recipe for enjoying cauliflower!

here’s a fun simple healthy veggie side for both paleo, gf and vegan alike
Ingredients:
One small head of cauliflower chopped into florets
Tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
Optional add ons:pinch of red pepper flakes
Generous Salt and pepper
4.5 tbsp olive oil, approx. 5.5 for a large cauliflower
Recipe directions:
Preheat oven to 450° . In a bowl mix the oil and spices. Place cauliflower on a sheet pan. pour mix over cauliflower.toss to spread evenly. Roast for about 20 minutes until tender.Take out of the oven away from face as the oil can bubble.serve hot
This simple veggie side goes with taco night, etc as an appie/side.
