This healthy dairy free Snickers smoothie is made creamy with hidden coconut milk and peanut butter for protein, plus its chocolatey from cacao powder, and naturally sweetened with a banana and dates for a date caramel taste.

1 cup Thin coconut milk (or sub almond milk, unsweetened)+ Coconut butter 2tbsp (or sub wih full fat coconut milk without coconut butter)
Tbsp cacao pdr or more to taste
one Banana
3 pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Blend all in a blender. Top with melted chocolate if desired or top with coconut whip and melted chocolate or chocolate whip. Optional:top with roasted peanuts.
