
3/4 cup full fat coconut milk, top cream part only (or 1/4 cup plant milk and almond yogurt and banana for thickness)(if you use liquidy milk it will be a smoothie version)
Tbsp nut butter, optional for protein
Banana (frozen on regular)
1 acai pack frozen, run pack under hot water, for extra acai use two packs, I used Sambazon acai
Optional: 1/2-1 tsp cacao/cocoa powder
Blend in blender. top with berries, coconut flakes and nuts and if desired drizzle with mct oil
