
heaping 1/4 cup almond yogurt
Cup almond milk
Half pound strawberries
one ripe pitted peach or frozen/canned peach slices
three drops orange flavor/oil( or substitute tablespoon orange zest)
Dash oj,optional
Scoop Vanilla protein powder
Tbsp Mct oil Or coconut oil, for heartier shake with healthy fats
Blend all in a blender
