
Make both your protein shake and plant based yogurt more enjoyable with elements of lassi flavour in this berry lassi!
2 cups(or more for sweeter fruitier shake) frozen mixed berries (blackberries,strawberries,raspberries,blueberries or 1-3 of these berries)
1 Cup almond milk or almond coconut milk
3/4 cup almond yogurt or almond cashew yogurt
Scoop vanilla protein powder
Several drops almond extract
Berry Lassi variation instead of, or along with almond extract, add a pinch of ground cardamom and a tsp of rosewater (if using rosewater omit almond extract, find rosewater for cheap at Persian markets)
Optional add on: banana
Blend all in blender, with ice if desired.
