Easy cashew parm recipe (dairy free cheese) to put on pasta, vegan lasagna or or avocado toast.

1 cup cashews or other nuts
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
sea salt
optional: salt and pepper garlic seasoning, a pinch
optional add on just before serving: a spoon of finely minced parsley
Pulse in a food processor until its a fine crumble. store in airtight container for up to 2 months.
