Chocolate macademia nut milk

Large handful Macademia nuts

Cup coconut milk, full fat

Tbsp Cacao/cocoa pdr or more to taste

2-3pitted dates or Coconut sugar/maple syrup to taste

Vanilla extract drop

Optional: pinch ground cardamom for chocolate lassi flavour.

Directions:

Blend all in high speed blender and serve(if desired over ice). If you want to use more nuts or have a weak blender, soak the nuts overnight- but this strips some of their tasty fat
