Anti-inflammatory diet

Healthy Pina colada protein shake

Heaping Cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks, with frozen no ice is needed

250 ml coconut water

Cup unsweetened coconut yogurt or full fat coconut milk

Scoop vanilla protein powder (it will add sweetness and vanilla flavor to the tartness of the yogurt and it adds protein of course)

Blend all in blender.

fun fact pineapple has great anti-inflammatory properties
