Home weight lifting (chest workout without a gym)

diy weights (at home gym)

I am sharing another video by my cousin Abdallah of a home exercise routine and weight lifting with the ingenius use of home props if you dont have dumbells or weight to bench or weightlift with. Exercise to release endorphins and to stay healthy, fit and busy while staying home and physical distancing to keep everyone safe. He did bodybuilding competitions and worked in the gym until it closed and knows a lot about body building and weight lifting. He proves even in quarantine you can bench press without a gym and even without a bench or weights-just doing a bench press and other chest workouts with some home props!

Exercise and not staying sedentary, as well as making time for relaxation, as the WHO said is important for the immune system. I plan to post some yoga meditations once I figure out where to film while physical distancing. Follow to stay updated!

Disclaimer: he uses water bottles as weights because he lives in Egypt in a city seperated by the desert and where everyone must use bottled water. So please be understanding. Of course I don’t encourage stockpiling water bottles here in North America nor using something you just bought today or the day before as the Corona virus can last on surfaces for 1-3 days or possibly more, all depending on plastic, steel etc. You can use whatever cans or props you already have had as weights or use weights if you have them. And follow proper guidelines on hygiene and disinfecting/sanitization with your own common sense and according to official guidelines! Enjoy!

Check out the video here and follow him for more weight training workouts without a gym and without dumbells!
