
1.5 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
Melt coconut oil in saucepan over low med heat and mix in chocolate, stir and melt until smooth. Let cool slightly for approx ten min or less so it doesnt melt your ice cream, though thats a good look too!
Pour over (coconut) ice-cream and frozen desserts and watch it magically form a hard chocolate shell in 30-60 seconds. also great on coconut whip topped milkshakes, but of course it sets fastest and best on ice cold or cold things like frozen coconut whip
