Raspberry acai smoothie bowl with coconut

Acai is an antioxidant rich and vitamin rich superfood and it is naturally sweet so it goes well with plant yogurt, try this delicious bowl today!

  • Two frozen açai packs, softened by running package under hot water or thawing ahead or acai powder
  • 1.5 Cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, chilled, only the top solid coconut cream part for a bowl (more can be used and tasty but for firmer texture use less)
  • optional: frozen banana slices from one large ripe banana, for thicker consistency and more filling and sweet bowl
  • optional:tsp of cacao/cocoa powder

Blend everything in a high-speed blender then top with nuts or trail mix (note if you have any allergies to dairy etc read labels carefully), berries, or banana slices, (toasted) coconut flakes and chocolate chips/chunks. For a smoothie variation add coconut yoghurt and coconut water to thin it out a bit.
