
1/2 cup almond yogurt, unsweetened
1/3 cup coconut milk, shaken from a can or carton
1/4 cup coconut water
6 oz raspberries, about a cup
Scoop Vanilla protein pdr
Few drops,approx 1/3 tsp almond extract, adds flavor and cuts through the texture and flavor of protein powder
Blend all in blender until smooth.
